做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
