做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
