做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
